OT the other 2 adds until he burrows, then all dps kill them. Don't let them burow! Focus them 1 at a time. OT 1 as close to the boss as you can on Perma Frost.
Range focus on the little guys. Tanks try to not get hit by them. Let me repeat that, Tanks avoid getting hit by the little adds!
No one get hit by the spikes during the ground phase. Healers regen mana.
Phase 3 @ 30%. Focus heals on the MT and anyone who gets Penetrating Cold. HealBot & Grid both show this on the frames. If you don't have raid frames, let an officer know so you can be replaced.
Everyone else should be allowed to stay at around 50% health. (VE, Healing stream, JoL, etc)
If you don't have raid frames, let an officer know so you can be replaced.
What are these raid frames you speak of?
Healbot, gladius, proximo its a long list that all have different roles and show different things. In this case he is reffering to addons like healbot, x-perl, Grid, pitbull, stuf that have primarily pve use especially for healers.

I was just joking around, but thanks.
I run grid, xperl, and proximo (when I used to do more arena).
I also run decursive always, even when I'm soloing. That's a big reason why you all get those quick dispels. You can even set decursive to CC for fights like KT that have friendly players being possessed or mind controlled. I'm a huge fan of this addon and I shill for it every chance I get.

I have Healbot and don't think it's worth the bother. Yup, I heal with the default UI ... replace freely.
1. Shifted our placement of offtanks, I think your suggestion, to flank Anub allowing dps to hit both sets of adds. 2. Tank(Ripsaw) Directed the dps to switch targets as needed on adds. He also implented a 10sec rule for dps but Iam unsure of the details so perhaps he could fill us in. 3. Plent of Frost 4. Alot of communication between the Offtanks in regards to who has more adds etc 5. Awesome Tanks, Heals and DPS(we just made the timer so a little more work on dps myself included ) 6. More Cowbell
My perspective is only from doing the Frost Spheres. What did you guys notice?
In the burrow phase having someone from each side mark up a small add to focus on seemed to help the speed, although there were times that I was the only one hitting my marked add. With the communication going on between the RL the tanks and the healers I did not want to get in the way of that with "east side casters on the nipple" or whatever until I (or whoever does that in the future) am instructed to. I also know that I could have been faster on the marking but doing that along with dps and keeping out of the spikes was new to me.
Can someone reply to this with what worked for us?
#1 short answer: Nobody died. We had almost always lost one or two people early and by the enrage timer that makes a big difference.
Also, someone pointed out that when the frost patches are destroyed they don't disappear right away. I think some people had been standing on phantom patches and dying (see #1).
All dps on the boss for the last 10 second before burrow regardless of add status was a nice compromise between too much healing strain and too little dps on boss.
Every time a little add was on a tank they called out so it could be killed immediately. Everyone avoided the little adds better.
And just a thought for future, if a non-tank gets more than say 10 stacks of acid from the little guys maybe they could call out for a pally bubble to avoid dying or straining the healers. This is assuming a bubble clears the debuff, which I'm not sure ...

Great Idea, Blood. I had not thought of this. One of the attempts I had 15 stacks by the time that Anub came back up. I couldnt shake the roach at all. I was able to insta-heal when available and actually survived that attempt (until it wiped) it so I know that they can be healed through, but I probably should have let it kill me so the healers werent so stressed with so much extra healing. Most attempts I avoided the little guys, but on a few, they seemed to come after me for some reason... maybe I planted a totem on their toes.
The little guys 'fixate' on one person and start with 20k threat on that person. Ranged should be nuking the hell out of those guys to the exception of all else. Players should use survival tactics if targetted. (Frost Nova, Earthbind totem, Evasion, etc.) Try to avoid doing agro dumps since that will just cause them to chase someone else. They really really shouldn't be alive long enough to catch you if you're running away and they are rooted/snared. Melee should be focused on the big guys and except for avoiding the little guys, should generally ignore them unless there are no big guys left.
actually, the melee can help out quite a bit on the little guys....1....i dont stand in frost....if i stand in frost i take spike dmg when it hits, i'm slowed, i cant get away from little guys cause i'm slowed.....so after the big adds went down, i ran around and threw taunts at the little guys, and put a frost patch between them and myself....you can kite them around like a little train as long as you stay out of the frost, and keep them in. this also lets the ranged target them alot easier, as there are fewer of our ranged being chased and running around.....i've done this as an off-tank in the 10 man verson as well. The main key is knowing where the spikes are currently at, and not standing in a frost patch, hopeing they dont come your way. And of course, dont get caught....
